FAQs

What does “early access” mean?
We’re actively onboarding NYC studios and creators. During this phase, browsing, sending booking inquiries, and listing your studio are free. Some listings are demos while we bring real studios online.
How does booking work on Studiohunt?
You share what you’re working on, your preferred timing, and budget. We connect that inquiry to studios that fit, and they respond directly to confirm details or suggest alternatives.
Do I pay through Studiohunt?
Right now, payments are handled directly between you and the studio. Studiohunt’s role is to connect you, standardize inquiries, and make the process smoother.
Is there a fee to use Studiohunt?
No. During early access, browsing studios and sending booking inquiries is free for creators, and listing your studio is free for owners.
How are studio prices set?
Each studio sets its own hourly rate, minimum booking length, and any additional fees. You’ll see starting rates and can clarify details in your booking conversation.
What if I need to cancel a booking?
Cancellation policies are set by each studio. You’ll see their policy in their listing or confirmation. We recommend confirming the policy before you lock in a date.
How do you verify studios?
We review basic details like contact information, location, and photos. Over time, we’ll surface reviews and repeat bookings to highlight the most trusted spaces.
Can I list multiple rooms under one studio?
Yes. You can add separate listings for different rooms so creators can choose the space that fits their needs.
I manage a studio. How do I get started?
Fill out the “List your studio” form and we’ll follow up with next steps to get your listing live during early access.
